What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into an engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage our client relationships and meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept for as long as required by applicable law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our business, such as website hosting and email, under appropriate data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@julesfinance.com.
