Jules Finance is a specialist valuation firm based in Vilnius. We exist to give owners, investors and their advisers a view of value they can rely on.
Too often, the people who value a business also have an interest in the outcome. We were founded to be the exception.
Jules Finance has no transaction to close, no capital to deploy and no product to sell. Our only product is an honest, carefully reasoned opinion of value.
We focus exclusively on valuation. This specialisation lets us bring the depth of analysis usually reserved for large transactions to businesses of every size, and to explain our conclusions to our clients in plain language.

Our fees are fixed in advance and never linked to the value we conclude or the outcome of a transaction.
Rigour
We stress-test every conclusion and every key assumption. Assumptions are evidenced, models are reviewed, and nothing leaves the firm until it has been challenged.
Clarity
A valuation that cannot be understood cannot be relied upon. We write for our clients, setting out our reasoning in clear language and presenting it in person.
Discretion
Our clients share their most sensitive information with us. We treat it accordingly, with strict confidentiality, secure handling and the utmost discretion.

We understand the Lithuanian and Baltic business environment from the inside: its markets, its regulation and its owners. We apply international methodology with local knowledge.
We work in English and Lithuanian and act for domestic and international clients. These include foreign investors assessing Baltic businesses and local owners dealing with buyers from abroad.
